IPL is the namesake of EPL. In 2008, BCCI introduced this tournament to outclassed Indian Cricket League. BCCI mandarins relied on England’s famous English Premier League, which commercialised twenty years ago. The Indian Premier league in its early years drew a lot of encouragement. But with times, it lost his fan base. IPL’s entertainment quotient doesn’t satisfy many fans and along with that spot fixing and many other controversies reduced its popularity. IPL since beginning nowhere shows it potential that it could be like EPL. Here are five reasons why IPL is not as good as EPL.
