With England’s batting line-up dominated by right-handed batsmen, the chinaman spinner can be very effective against them. The spinner, who caught the eyes after taking a hat-trick in U-19 World Cup in 2014, performed brilliantly in this year’s Duleep Trophy and finished the tournament as its highest wicket-taker with 17 wickets in three games. He has continued his good form in Ranji Trophy too and has bagged 35 wickets in only eight matches.
