4. Gautam Gambhir (M – 107, W – 61, L – 45, T – 1, W% – 57.47)
One of India’s most intelligent spin players, Gautam Gambhir, started his IPL stint with Delhi Daredevils. In 2009, the left-hander was given the captaincy as a replacement of Virender Sehwag where he led his team to the semi-finals in South Africa. But his captaincy came to fore when KKR picked him to their side. The Delhiite showed his experience and led the team to two IPL titles in 2012 and 2014.
Along with the win percentage of 57.47 as a captain, he also impressed everyone with his batting as the 35-year old scored 590 runs in the 2012 edition at a strike rate of 143.55. He is undoubtedly one of India’s top batsmen who is currently struggling to find a place in the national squad.
