No Bilateral Series
ICC should scrap bilateral series. There have to be more and more series of 3 to 5 teams which will move on with a point system and the top 2 teams will ultimately play in the final. This can be made an annual tournament and all the 3 to 5 teams will have the chance to play on their home ground at least one match.
For example, Initial half of tournament is played on subcontinental surfaces like India and the second half of the series played in New Zealand or Australia or South Africa so that both the teams get a fair chance of Home Advantage. This will even test skills of the players.
More and more Asia Cup or World 11 vs Number 1 team should be played on a regular interval.
