Nitish Rana was not a huge purchase for the Mumbai Indians but the Delhiite’s performance this season is worth millions. So far, he has played all the games for his team this season and is exceptional in almost every match. In MI’s last game of the tournament in 2016, Rana was sent at No. 3 against Gujarat Lions and he successfully took advantage of it by scoring 70 runs off 36 balls. This innings might have put his name on the list of 2017 Mumbai Indians’ regular playing squad.
Now, he has already established his name in the MI squad and one won’t be surprised much if the Delhi lad would get a call for Team India in the near future.
