India won the Test match against Pakistan in Delhi in 1999 for Anil Kumble’s magnificent bowling spell. His bowling spell was turning point of that match. The legendary leg-spinner bowled himself into the record books in the Delhi Test against Pakistan in 1999, when he became the first player after England’s Jim Laker to take all the ten wickets in a single innings. Kumble returned figures of 10/74 in Pakistan’s second innings and crafted India’s 212-run victory.
India scored 252 in their first innings. Pakistan managed only 172 in the first innings. In second innings India scored 339. To chase the target, Pakistan lost their all wickets at 207 runs on the board. Kumble spell was the turning point in the second innings.
