5. Wayne Parnell:

After emerging as the highest wicket taker in the 2008 U-19 World Cup with 18 wickets, Parnell was seen as the next big thing in South Africa cricket. He was selected in the senior team as early as 2009 for the series against Australia. His first impressive performane came in 2009 World T20 where he picked up nine wickets and had an economy of under six. However he has a lukewarm career thereafter as inconsistency and injury stopped him to showcase his full talent. Till now the left-handed pacer has represented his country in 4 Tests, 51 ODIs and 35 T20Is.
