When Inzamam stunned Brian Lara on his first ball
We all are aware how big batsman Inzy was! The Multan’s great served Pakistan for almost 16 years. He was known for his strong middle order batting and was a prominent part of the Pakistan’s side in 1992 World Cup which they won. Inzy played a wonderful knock of 60 in just 37 balls during semi final of the 1992 World Cup.
Everyone is aware of his batting skills. But very few are aware of his magic with the bowl. Inzamam, known for his solid batting, also bowled in his international career in 1991 when Pakistan was playing against West Indies. Skipper Imran Khan handed over the ball to this young man, who was playing his second international match. It was his first over in international cricket & Brian Lara was batting on 45. As he bowled, he got Lara to edged that with wicket-keeper Moin Khan made no mistake. It was the wicket on his first ball which will be counted as a remarkable fact in the game of cricket always.
