England spinners have always bothered Virat Kohli. And, one of the England bowlers is Moeen Ali. He has led the aggressive captain to struggle in all three formats. Ali notched the opportunity two times in the longest format. Firstly, in 2016 and the second time at the Rose Bowl Cricket ground in 2018.
