Former Australian cricketer Brad Hogg has featured in the Indian Premier League (IPL) but has never been the part of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Hogg was asked on Twitter to rate these two leagues. Interestingly, he gave equal ratings to both the leagues.
PSL started back in 2015, but PCB could not host the league entirely at their home because of security issues. All the past editions have mostly been played on neutral the grounds. Gradually, Pakistan has built a trust again among foreign cricketers which have brought the game back at home. And now they are successfully hosting the 5th edition of PSL in Pakistan.

Talking about the most popular league, IPL, 12 editions have been passed and still maintained the position of the most favourite among the fans.
Brad Hogg played for Rajasthan Royals (RR) from 2012 to 2014 and for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) from 2015 to 2016. Former Australian bowler has the experience to play in IPL. So, he knows very well the atmosphere in India when the league begins.
Brad Hogg Rates IPL and PSL:

On Twitter Q&A round, a fan asked to rate the IPL and PSL out of 10. Hogg rated both the leagues 9/10. Further in the Tweet, he continued to praise Pakistan for bringing cricket back in the country. However, he gave credit to the IPL for being more popular worldwide and having bigger viewership.
“Both 9 out of 10. The PSL has been the most prevalent of late because it has bought the game back to Pakistan. The IPL has the most interest in viewership worldwide,” he answered.

Meanwhile, both the leagues are suffering loss because of coronavirus outbreak. Ten foreign cricketers, as well as a coach, have withdrawn their names from PSL 2020. On the other hand, IPL 2020 has been postponed till 15th April. The league was earlier scheduled to start from 29th March.
