Aakash Copra Trolled On His Commentary Over MS Dhoni's World Cup Winning Six 1

On 23rd December, MS Dhoni has completed 15 years in international cricket. His contributions to the Indian team are uncountable and unforgettable. He was one of the most successful captains in the cricket world as he gave the Indian team three ICC trophies which include the most prestigious ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.

MS Dhoni made the debut in the ODI team against Bangladesh on 23rd December 2004 where he was run out without scoring a run. He could not impress at the starting of his journey but his hard work got his known name in the biggest cricket loving country.

He was handed over the captaincy of the limited-overs format in 2007. The wicket-keeper batsman, proved his ability as the captain, went on handing over the trophy of ICC T20 World Cup 2007 to the Indian team. But the icing on the cake was when India won the 50 overs World Cup after 28 long years wait.

On the occasion of completion of 15 years of MS Dhoni’s international career, a fan asked cricketer-turned-commentator Aakash Chopra to do commentary on the favourite moment of MS Dhoni. Chopra praised commented on the moment when Dhoni smashed maximum which guided the team to victory against Sri Lanka in the ICC CWC 2019 final.

“I wasn’t on commentary when Dhoni sealed it with a six. 2nd April 2011. I would’ve gone something like—धोनी का बल्ला घूमा…इस बार सिर्फ़ वानखेड़े नहीं पूरा देश झूमा। A night to remember. A player to cherish. #15yearsOFMSD”

While some praised Aakash Chopra’s lines but some also trolled him. The trollers also said that Ravi Shastri had better commentary idea than him.
