The stylish all-rounder has been out of the Indian squads since a long time. The all-rounder was diagnosed with cancer after it but beating all odds came out of it. Since then, his form has been affected and Indian selectors have not really paid heed to him. The last time he dawned the Indian colours was April 6, 2014. He was in the playing XI for the World T20 finals against Sri Lanka at Dhaka. Scoring just 11 of 21 balls and attacking with the ball, many criticized his slow batting, blaming him for the World T20 loss. Yuvraj Singh was ironically the man who was announced the Player of the Tournament for the 2011 World Cup for his consistent match-winning performances which helped India clinch the title after 28 years.
While he may not be in playing terms currently, he is about to marry Bollywood actress Hazel Keech sometime next year.
