Virat Kohli is undoubtedly one of the best batsmen in the history of cricket. In the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023, Virat Kohli became the sixth batter and second from India to score over 25000 runs in international cricket. The former Indian skipper became the fastest batter to score 25,000 international runs, with his milestone coming in his 549th innings.

Virat Kohli was a part of India’s victorious 2011 and 2013 Champions Trophy campaigns. He was India’s leading run scorer in the ICC events and captained the Indian team in all three formats for over five years. Harry Brook has so far scored 896 runs from 8 matches at an average of 74.67 with an impressive strike rate of 97.92 in the longer format with four hundred and three fifties in test cricket. Brook has also equalled the legendary Don Bradman’s feat of scoring four centuries in his first six tests. The batter is expected to be a big part of the future of England cricket in all formats of the game.
