#4. Virender Sehwag and John Wright
This incident is about then Indian coach John Wright grabbing Virender Sehwag’s collar. A young Virender Sehwag was blasting the English bowling attack in England mercilessly in 2002 tour. However, he also was getting out for silly shots which prompted John Wright to tell Rahul Dravid, “If that guy gets out to one more bad shot I’m going to really have a go at him.”
When Sehwag got out for another silly shot next match, John Wright stood by his word and blasted Virender Sehwag by grabbing his collar. However, Viru did not make much of a controversy as he knew that it was for his own development.
