Andrew Flintoff, the former England allrounder, has revealed that he used to throw up during matches after he made headlines for his weight. He also even said that he doesn’t like to see his old videos of him playing because he is ashamed of how he looked.
Andrew Flintoff has played 141 ODIs and 79 Test matches for England. He has amassed 3845 runs in Tests and 3394 runs in ODIs in his 12 years international cricket career.
The aggressive batsman has also scored 5 Test centuries and three ODI centuries. With the ball, the pacer has picked 226 Test wickets and 169 ODI wickets. His most memorable innings was the 2005 Ashes Test series. Flintoff had dismantled Australia with his bowling and batting.
Andrew Flintoff was ashamed of his body:

In a report in The Sun, he said that he regularly made himself throw up during the matches, after being labelled ‘fat’. The former cricketer also said that he didn’t share this unhealthy habit with teammates because he didn’t want to destroy relationships with them.
“I scored my first hundred in New Zealand in Christchurch. I came off at lunch and threw my lunch up.
“I knew all the grounds and where it was easier [to throw up]. Lord’s was so much easier because the toilets were away from the dressing rooms.” He also said that he kept this as a secret since he did not want his relationship in the dressing room to change. “I knew what the reaction would be.”

Flintoff told 5Live’s Headliners: “I never look back on old games. I can’t identify with that person. I see this person who is a stone-and-a-half heavier than what I am now.”
Andrew Flintoff had earlier has also revealed that he had suffered from depression during his cricket career. He last played for England in 2009.
