Mickey Arthur, head coach of Pakistan Cricket, is confident that they will beat India in the mega-finale to lift the coveted Asia Cup 2018 trophy.

“Pakistan will win their last Super Four game against Bangladesh on Wednesday. They will then take revenge for the two losses against India by beating them in the final,” Arthur said to Geo News.

Moreover, Mickey Arthur said that Pakistan loss against India on September 23 was the worst defeat of his coaching career. He added that if they had taken early wickets, then the situation might have been different at that time.
“We could not bring the Indian bowling under pressure with our batting. We needed to take early wickets against India, however, we lost the chance due to our fielding. If we had taken early wickets, the situation would have been different. India outclassed us completely,” he added.

However, Arthur is hopeful that Pakistan will perform well in the coming matches of the tournament. Meanwhile, Mickey Arthur took up the job in 2016 and under his supervision, Sarfraz Ahmed & Co won the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy in England.
