Babar Azam-led side secured an emphatic on the final ODI to move to the top of the ODI ranking surpassing the mighty Australian team.
The Men in Green was brilliant against the Afghanistan team in the three-match ODI series, as they were brilliant in all three departments, with batters and bowlers stepping for their side in the crunch moments of the game to seal the series for their side in Sri Lanka.

Pakistan team were dominant in the first and third game of the three-match series while the second game went down to the wire, with Naseem Shah finishing things off for his team in the final over of the game and the Men in Green still held to record being undefeated against Afghanistan in the 50-over format of the game.
