Both Smith and Bailey look formidable. They are making proved toothless Indian bowlers.

In the next delivery, George Bailey nicked behind the wicket and Dhoni caught it. But, umpire says no. Not out.
Barinder Sran strikes once again in the process. This time, he sends back David Warner as Virat Kohli caught him at short long off place. Sran shows a little bit of aggression.
Australia need 296 runs from 47 overs with nine-wickets in hand
Brilliant: the First wicket for debutant Barinder Sran, Aaron Finch caught and bowled by Sran
India is the first innings scored 309 for 3. Rohit Sharma’s unbeaten 171 helped India to post a mammoth score on the board. Virat Kohli missed miss hundred by nine runs.
Irony is VVS Laxman is saying Rohit’s innings is one of the best by Indian against Australia!! Of Course he can’t see his own innings

It has been wonderful so far watching Rohit Sharma bat!
— Harsha Bhogle (@bhogleharsha) January 12, 2016
Talking about Scott Boland, a Victoria bowler who made his debut for the domestic side in the 2011-2012 season, but got an extended run in the Sheffield Shield in the 2013-2014 season. In nine matches he has taken 19 wickets and in the 2014-2015 season, Bolland scalped another 25 wickets in the Sheffield Shield.
He was rewarded for his good form in domestic cricket. He made his Test debut against West Indies in Hobert Test.
Meanwhile, India winning the toss chose to bat first. India got a good start from Rohit Sharma and Dhawan. But, Dhawan patchy form did not let him to stay at the crease as he was caught by Mitchell Marsh at deep off Josh Hazlewood. Rohit Sharma scores a couple of boundaries while Virat Kohli looks settled at the crease. Their partnership working well for India.
