The marvellous Bangladeshi all-rounder has been in scintillating form throughout the group stage with both bat and ball. Often known as an effective spinner who can bat as well, Shakib defied all odds by smashing 606 runs in the group stage and led the charts for the most part of the campaign.
Shakib Al Hasan‘s journey at 2019 ICC World Cup has ended as Bangladesh bowed out of the tournament following successive defeats to India and Pakistan respectively.
