Big Ant Studios to Release ‘Cricket 19’ Video Game Ahead of the Ashes 2019 Series

The Melbourne-based video game developer has decided to release a newly-developed Ashes video game ahead of Australia campaign against hosts England in this year’s Ashes 2019 series. Thus, the gaming hub has revealed the screenshots of ‘Cricket 19 – The Official Game of the Ashes‘, on its official Twitter handle.

While working on the exciting game, the company through its media release stated they would share the details following the first batch of photographs.

Moreover, the recent screenshots included Nathan Lyon, Pat Cummins and Usman Khawaja, in particular.

Also, the game will be available for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and the PC.

A tribute to the Ashes:

The CEO for the Big Ant Studios Ross Symons is happy and equally eagerly awaiting for the release of the game. Furthermore, he pointed out that the latest video game will provide an all-new gaming experience to the cricketing aficionados.

“We have the most active and passionate community. Many of our players logged thousands of hours with our previous cricket titles. Cricket 19 is very much built on the experience of those players,” Symons told CA.

Simons maintained the Cricket 19 video game has had covered the limited-overs cricket. Also, it is bound to entertain the active community of gamers worldwide.

In the lead up to the winter Specsavers Ashes 2019 series in England, the game will be made available when Men’s and Women’s Cricket teams of England and Australia respectively will be fighting it out in the second half of the year.

According to the recent report, the video gaming developer, Big Ant Studios will work in synchroneity with England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and Cricket Australia (CA) to enhance the video games.

Everard is excited for the release of Cricket 19:

The General Manager for the engagement of fans for CA Anthony Everard is delighted to work in tandem with the Big Ant Studios to do a bit for the gamers.

“Big Ant Studios did a superb job in creating an authentic and realistic cricket simulation with ‘Ashes Cricket’. We’re thrilled to be working with them again to bring ‘Cricket 19′ to Australian fans,” Everard said on Cricket 19 game.

Also, the latest features will be realistic for users. So much so, it includes the simulating of the historical fixtures.

Owing to the panoramic mode, the users could challenge each other across the globe to enjoy the latest gaming experience.

Everard stressed is hopeful that the adoring fans will cherish the latest game.  Besides, he said it would add to a new spectacle.

“With a remarkable level of authenticity and all-new features that we know fans will love. We’re sure Cricket 19 will provide the definitive cricket gaming experience as Australia’s elite teams take on the old enemy in the UK,” Everard said.

By the Nintendo Switch, the enhancements in different traits will allow game lovers to make pretty effective use of the game via multiplayer and single player option respectively.
