- India vs England, 2014 (Lord’s Test)

Out of the many reasons to remember India’s famous win over England at Lord’s in 2014, Ravindra Jadeja’s match winning efforts and not to forget his sword swinging celebration would top the list. India, while batting in second innings, were six down for 202 when the left-handed batsman joined Murali Vijay on the crease.
It wasn’t long before Jadeja freed his arms and started finding some gaps. Coming down the track to whack James Anderson over his head for a six was a pleasing sight for Indian fans out there. The left-handed batsman played a crucial knock of 67, which helped India take the lead past 350 runs. His three wickets in first innings and one in the second was enough for India to register a win at Lord’s after 28 long years.
