West Indies Dwayne Bravo, who made the debut in 2004, also started his career as the batsman but has come out as a successful bowler for his country. His seam bowling has been a helpful factor for the Caribbean in death overs.

However, he is still a beneficial batsman at the lower order. His power hitting at death overs in the shorter formats is an added advantage for the team.

He has, so far, played 40 Tests and scored 2200 runs and picked 86 wickets. In white-ball format, he has picked 199 wickets in 164 ODI matches while in T20Is, he has picked 59 wickets in 71 matches.  He is one among five cricketers who started their career as batsmen, but now they’re are successful bowlers.
