The Australian has been an integral part of the franchise over the past few years and will now look to help them to win their maiden IPL trophy as they have had a tough season last year.

Kings XI Punjab have made major changes in the franchise as they have appointed Virender Sehwag as CEO for operations and have made quality additions to their squad in the recently concluded auction as they approach the tenth edition with more optimism.

Punjab had David Miller as their skipper at the start of the last season but had moved to Indian opener by the end of the season as they have managed a mere 4 wins in the league last season finishing bottom of the table.

Meanwhile, Glenn Maxwell who looked out of sorts last season, have managed to regain his lost touch in international arena and is highly likely to cherish his new responsibility of being the captain of the side.

Although not having a star Indian name since the departure of Yuvraj Singh, KXIP will look to create magic in the upcoming edition as they back their chances to clinch the coveted trophy.
