Although Australia had a disappointing Champions Trophy 2017, Josh Hazlewood enjoyed immense success as the bowler. The Aussies speedster was the highest wicket-taker for his side in the tournament.

Hazlewood is a lanky pace bowler known for his accuracy and has been compared to former great Australian paceman, Glenn McGrath. He made the debut for his country in 2010 and since then, he has been the mainstay for Australia in Tests and ODIs respectively.

In the last edition of the Champions Trophy, he scalped nine wickets in three matches at a decent economy rate of 5.07. His best performance came against New Zealand where the fast-bowler picked six wickets in nine overs at the economy rate of 5.77
