In the 9th match of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017, New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first. Ross Taylor and Kane Williamson scored half-centuries and led the team to set the decent target of 266 runs against Bangladesh at Cardiff.
In reply, Bangladesh had an unfortunate start as Tamim Iqbal was out for a duck while Soumya Sarkar and Sabbir Rahman were out for three and eight runs, respectively.
