West Indies batting star Chris Gayle has set his new goal after completing his 37th birthday in September. The towering batsman, who recently published his autobiography “Six Machine” in London which is as controversial as his lifestyle, vowed that he will hit four T20 centuries this year.
The left-handed batsman in his Instagram account revealed the plan of his birthday party. He said it will be all about fun as he promised his birthday party will be comprised of six days from September 16 to 21.
His first aim to score a T20 hundred on his birthday, the second aim is to party hard at the nightclub and scoring a T20 century followed by a beach party and another T20 hundred. The fourth T20 hundred he will notch up on 21st September on the last day of his six days party saga.
Gayle in recent time has become the father of a girl child whom he named “Blush” after he was ripped with a barrage of criticism after he said “don’t blush baby” to an Australian women journalist Mel Laughlin, who was interviewing Gayle on the sideline of a Melbourne Renegades’ match in Big Bash.
Gayle was initially banned from playing in Big bash but later Cricket Australia withdrew the ban. Gayle who got angry said he would never go back to Australia.
Recently he again came in the news for the wrong reason as her sexist comments during his interview to Times of London’s cricket journalist Charlotte Edwards in Bangalore during the time of IPL.
His opinion on women triggered a controversy.
But the man doesn’t have any regrets the way he leads his life. In his book “Six Machine” he nowhere discusses the issue of controversy. Gayle’s spent many chapter and pages for his IPL franchise owner Vijay Mallya’s courtesy to take him to the later’ lavish bungalow in Goa.
