According to the recent media news, the Indian national cricket team head coach Ravi Shastri‘s salary is set to rise around 20%, which will be around the INR 9.5-10 crore per year. But what are the differences in his possible new earning from the previous Indian head coach Anil Kumble and previous India U19 & India A head coach Rahul Dravid?
Former Indian cricketer Ravi Shastri became the head coach of the Indian team in July 2017. In last month, the BCCI re-appointed Shastri as the head coach till the end of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021. Under his coaching, the Indian team has already achieved some great international success.

The former Indian captain Rahul Dravid was the head coach of India U19 and India A team from 2015 to July 2019. Now, he is the head of operations at National Cricket Academy (NCA).

According to the BCCI information, Dravid recently earned around INR 5.40 crore/year. So, his monthly salary was almost INR 45 lakh.
Former Indian leg-spinner and Test captain Anil Kumble coached the Indian national cricket team from June 2016 to June 2017. In this short period, India achieved some good success, including the runners-up in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017.
