In the last match against Barbados Tridents, he struck a quick 41 off 17 balls which included two marvellous one-handed sixes. Pollard is leading the Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL and has been very important for the team with the bat.
The Knight Riders have been on a brilliant run in the CPL and are very much in contention to win it.
On Sunday against the Barbados Tridents, they lost quick opening wickets of Lendl Simmons (21) and Sunil Narine (8) but half-centuries from Colin Munro and Darren helped the team get back on track in the game.
Munro scored 50 off 30 balls including seven fours and two sixes, Bravo slammed an unbeaten 54 off 36 deliveries laced with four sixes and fours.

Kieron Pollard’s stellar knock of 41 in 17
Kieron Pollard and Darren Bravo stayed for an unbeaten partnership of 98 runs for the fourth wicket. Pollard looked in a great form as he struck 41 off 17 with ease including two one-handed sixes. He scored a total of four sixes and one four. Trinbago Knight Riders put up a score of 185/3 in 20 overs by a magnificent performance by their middle order.

Barbados Tridents failed in the chase
The Barbados tridents had a good start to the game and came close to a total of 186 on the scoreboard but failed to reach it as the end neared. They could only score 166/6 in the 20 overs.

Trinbago Knight Riders won the match by 19 runs and extender their winning run in the tournament through a dominating display by the players with the bat as well as the ball.
Ali Khan, Narine, Jayden Seales and Khary Pierre all picked up a wicket each with the ball to ensure a comfortable win for their side. TKR got top of the points table with this win as they have six points from three games in CPL 2020.
