Kannada movie star and one of the star players in the Karnataka Bulldozers team in the Celebrity Cricket League, Dhruv Sharma died of multiple organ failures on Tuesday morning in Bengaluru.
The 36-year-old Sharma was congenitally impaired of speech and hearing abilities but overcame all his drawbacks to become a successful professional cricketer and actor.
The actor had also captained the deaf and dumb Indian cricket team that won the World Cup. He also played professional cricket for the Sandalwood team in the Celebrity Cricket League. Starting his career with Snehanjali around a decade ago, he also acted in a few other films later. He was an exuberant cricketer and an actor.
He was declared dead at 3 am earlier today after the talented cricketer cum actor suffered a cardiac arrest and had multiple organ failures. Twitteratti expressed their grief at the sudden demise of the bright star.
