Former India fast-bowler Rudra Pratap Singh has come out in support of a cricketer who is fighting for his life. Aditya Pathak, who had played Under-16 Polly Umrigar Trophy, is admitted to the hospital because of kidney failure. With the financial condition of the patient not very sound, the family has been compelled to sell the house in order to afford the costly treatment. And now RP Singh has decided to help Aditya and has also urged others to come out for his help.
The former pacer took to Twitter to request everyone to donate money for Aditya. Posting a newspaper article about the patient, he tweeted: “I request you to pl donate whatever amount you can for our jr. colleague Aditya Pathak for his kidney transplant. Every little step counts.”
