India’s vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane has been given several memorable contributions in Test victories. Once such his masterpiece was witnessed during the Test series against South Africa at home.
In the fourth Test of the series, Rahane was on the song though his partners were losing wickets. He scored 127 and unbeaten 100 runs in the first and second innings of the match. His contribution guided India towards victory as the host won the match by a huge margin of 337 runs.
