Rahul Dravid’s staggering career was overshadowed because of the presence of the legendary career Sachin Tendulkar. Rightly known as the wall, he is the one on the list to achieve this feat two times in his illustrious career.

Against New Zealand in 1999, he built two monumental innings, scoring 190 and 103 runs in first and second innings at the Christchurch. He repeated this stint against archrivals Pakistan in 2005 in Kolkata. He amassed 222-ball 110 included 15 fours and a six as the host reached 407 in their first innings.

Despite Pakitan’s strive, they fell 14 short of India’s first innings score. As India was leading, Dravid against showcased his guile with the bat as he scored 135 runs in the consecutive innings. Eventually, India emerged as victorious by 195 runs.
