It has been more than three years since the meeting between Virat Kohli and Danielle Wyatt happened when India toured England in 2014, but it seems the latter is yet to get over the dashing Indian batsman.
The English woman cricketer’s admiration for Kohli is well known in the cricketing circle, as she has lauded the India skipper on social media on several occasions. It all began when Wyatt took to Twitter to give Kohli a marriage proposal in 2014 after the right-handed batsman’s exploits in the ICC World Twenty20.

Early this year, she had once again posted a tweet related to Kohli which grabbed the headlines and was all over social media. Wyatt had revealed the bat gifted to her by Kohli.

Well, the England all-rounder once again could not stop herself from posting yet another tweet about the India star when she and the latter made it to Sky Sports‘ Team of the Week.

Kohli was made the captain of the team for his stunning 104-run knock in the first Test against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens that had nearly given the hosts an unprecedented win. On the other hand, Wyatt made it to the team after her scintillating knock against Australia in the final T20I of the Ashes.

She scored a stunning 56-ball century which helped England to chase down 178. Excited after being given a place in the team alongside Kohli, she tweeted:
“Same team as @imVkohli ??? scenes! @mattkfloyd.”
