England Women’s Cricket team opener, Danielle Wyatt has thanked Indian fans after her side’s eventful tour to Indian comes to an end.
Meanwhile, England was in India to play a T20 tri-series involving Australia followed by three-match ODI series. The visitors lost to Australia in the tri-series final and then suffered a 2-1 loss to India in the fifty-overs.
However, Wyatt had an eventful tour of India. She scored 304 runs throughout her stay including a brilliant 100 against Indian in a T20I game.
The Stoke-born Wyatt is famous among the Indians fans, as she proposed Virat Kohli on Twitter way back in 2014. Time and again she has posted tweets regarding the Indian skipper.
Virat also gifted her a bat which she unleashed in the recently concluded tour.
Meanwhile, the opener took to Instagram to thank India after the completion of the series. She also admitted she would be taking a lot of positives from this tour.

Meanwhile, Wyatt made her debut for England in March 2010 against India. Playing as an all-rounder, she struck 28 in her debut match. However, after a series of good knocks, she was promoted at the top of the order.
But eventually, she lost her spot in the team from the 2013 Ashes series, as well as the 2014 ODI series against India.
Moreover, she has represented England in 56 ODIs and 78 T20I games, scoring 693 and 870 runs, respectively.
