2019 World Cup-winning skipper Eoin Morgan had a gaffe during the coin toss between England and New Zealand in the 2nd game of the four-match T20 series. The former England skipper is currently part of the broadcasting unit of Sky Sports covering the series between the Blacks Caps and England.
A bizarre moment took place at the toss for the second T20 game between England and New Zealand at the Old Trafford cricket ground on Saturday. England skipper Jos Buttler flipped the coin and Tim Southee called heads, but it came down as tails, Eoin Morgan, who was the host of the toss called its heads before Jos Buttler and Tim Southee clarified it as tails by looking at the coin.
"It is a head."
…
"It's a tails, correction!"

This isn’t the first instance of there being some confusion at the toss ahead of a cricket match. Earlier, during the New Zealand series in India, Rohit Sharma had a pause before making his decision to bowl first against the Black Caps.
Coming into the 2nd game against New Zealand, Jonny Bairstow was the standout batter for England, scoring 86 not out off 60 balls alongside young batting sensation Harry Brook, who scored 67 off 36 balls to help their side post a massive total of 198-4 at the end of the 20 overs. The Kiwis bowlers struggled to stop the England batters in Manchester.

With 199 runs to chase down, England bowlers were too good against the New Zealand batters as they bundled out the team for just 103 runs in 13.5 overs. Debutant Gus Atkinson impressed everyone with brilliant bowling picking up 4-20 in 2.5 overs to wrap up things for the Three Lions.
Jos Buttler-led side currently leads the four-match series 2-0 and they will look to continue their dominance going into the final two games.
Following the series against the visitors, they will get themselves ready for the title defence in India. English side clinched their first-ever ICC Cricket World Cup trophy by the finest of margins against New Zealand and they would look to defend their title in India, later this year.
