Lots of drama is going around after the dismissal of Ben Stokes who was given out obstructing the field during the crucial phase of the second ODI match between England and Australia.

During the 26th over of the game Ben Stokes was given out obstructing the field. A full delivery from Mitchell Starc which was hit straight back to the bowler by Stokes who further plucked the ball to his left and had an aim at the stumps looking for a run out. Stokes, who was standing out of the crease fends the ball with his left glove trying to protect himself collapses on the floor losing his balance. Starc, along with wicketkeeper Matthew Wade went for the appeal and umpires Kumar Dharmasena and Robinson further converged together to refer the third umpire, Joe Wilson. Although the soft signal was given not out the third umpire changed the decision and Stokes was given out. The dismissal of Stokes brought a lot of boos from the English crowd and the skipper Eoin Morgan was not amused.

After a 2-0 victory over the hosts Glenn Maxwell took to the English fans on his official Facebook page defending their act:

 

To all my English friends that aren’t happy with the stokes dismissal, by your logic, I should be upset that England…
