After the stunning piece of effort at Trentbridge, the Indians were seen sweating it out at Southampton. BCCI, in its latest update, released a video of team India skipper, Virat Kohli working on his batting techniques at the net practice.
Alongside Indian skipper, fast bowlers too sharped their skills at The Rose Bowl venue. All in all, a perfect piece of a Test match is set to come on its way for this weekend between England and India at Southampton,
Indians look to continue the momentum:
Virat Kohli-led side has displayed great skills at Trentbridge to outsmart Englishmen in all the departments of the game. The likes of Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara finally came back to their own at Trentbridge.
Meanwhile, the performance of Hardik Pandya was icing on the cake. The pleasing sign from Hardik Pandya was his bowling at Trentbridge. It has been quite a time since Indian fast-bowling all-rounder performing in overseas.
At last, as they say, but not least, the fast bowling department has been terrific right through the series. They will once again look to take the things in control at The Rose Bowl, Southampton.
The return of Jasprit Bumrah has done a world of good for India. His splendid spell with the second new ball at Trentbridge has been stupendous for India, and probably, it changed the course of the game.
On the other side, England will look to work on their flaws to come good in the 4th Test. Though they have got the advantage of winning two Tests in the series, in a case of loss at Southampton, things might become trickier for them.
The form of Alastair Cook is a big concern for the team. So far, he fared pretty poorly for England.
