Ajinkya Rahane

One of the biggest positives for the Indian team in the third Test was the return of form of their deputy, Ajinkya Rahane. The right-hander looked at his absolute best in his knock of 81 runs in the first innings.
Rahane was not in the best of forms and he was able to provide the much-needed support to his skipper. Hence, Rahane will look to continue with the impetus.
Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya was able to let his bowling do the talking for him. There were doubts raised over his place in the Test side. However, the Indian all-rounder was able to clean bowled them all.
Furthermore, Pandya was able to chip in with the bat, which must have done him a world of good. Pandya will like to make sure that his Trent Bridge performance was not a flash in the pan.
