England vs India 2018: Rohit Sharma Urges Fans to Support India in Tough Time

Indian limited overs deputy Rohit Sharma has urged the fans to support the team in tough time. India was bundled out for a paltry 107 on the second day of the ongoing second Test match at Lord’s against England.
Meanwhile, the conditions were arduous as no Indian batsmen were able to get going. The pitch was green, the skies wore a thick blanket of dark clouds and England bowlers were like hungry hunters. The Indian batsmen were like deer in the Serengeti.
James Anderson was the chief destroyer.
James Anderson was the pack leader taking five wickets for just 20 runs. The veteran fast bowler bowled like a magician, moving the ball both ways. Furthermore, Anderson was able to hit the right lengths as he showed that why he is the master of making the ball swing in the air as well as of the pitch. Anderson breathed down the neck of the visitor’s batsmen as bowled some fine outswingers.
On the other hand, Chris Woakes was also able to get the ball into the corridor of uncertainty. Woakes was able to take out the big fish Virat Kohli after the Indian captain was dropped by Jos Buttler.
Therefore, it was a top-class bowling display from the hosts as they were right on the money. On the other hand, India will be disappointed with their batting performance. Yes, the conditions were hard but this is why it is Test cricket. The Indian batsmen must have shown more resistance when the going was tough.
No one expects to get easier conditions while playing in England and India are behind the eight ball.
Rohit Sharma took to Twitter to put his weight behind the team. The flamboyant batsman tweet read as, “Let’s not forget these are the players who got India to the number 1 ranking. How about being little supportive when the going gets tough. This is our team.”
