England’s team for 3rd test announced; Jos Butler to make his debut
England, the hosts who are traling in the five test match series 0-1 to India have announced their 13-men squad for the crucial 3rd test of the series. WIth regular wicket keeper, Matt Prior step down from England’s summer was replaced with Jos Butler who will be also making his Test match debut.
Jos Buttler who has played 56 first class games, has a normal batting average of 33.32 but the form he has shown up in various forms gave up him the test call.
Also from the earlier squad Simon Kerrigan has been dropped which is the only exclusion other than the wicket keeper change.
James Anderson who has been alleged in Push Gate with Ravindra Jadeja will be able to play as the altration of judgement regarding it has been postponed to August 1st, the next day after end of the Test match.
The match will be played at Ageas Bowl, Southampton which starts from 27th July, Sunday.
England decided to continue Alastair Cook as captain and likely to go with the same XI except the change in Wicket Keeper.
