As the countdown of tenth edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) has begun, die-hard fans would witness the Fan Parks which has been further spread over 36 cities across India in the 10th year of IPL which has become immensely popular for the fast-paced version of the game.
The Fan Parks were launched in 2015 as it was introduced in 16 cities and now has been extended in 21 states in a bid to entertain fans for the game which is being celebrated widely across the country as organizers had put all their efforts to make it a grand success.
The sponsors will also prove food, beverages, music followed by a different set of stalls for merchandise to keep cricket enthusiasts hooked for the game.
Season after another, IPL witnessed success and has further become popular to lure the massive crowds before impressing the foreign recruits each passing season of the cash-rich league.
The fresh Fan Parks are supposed to be bigger in order to make cordial atmosphere for IPL fans as 14 other cities will have its Fan Parks for the first time.
The cities also include Bareilly, Kochi, Ludhiana, Nagercoil, Tumkur, Bhubaneswar, Shillong and Shimla. The Fan Parks will create stadium-like atmosphere as the Live action of the tenth edition will entertain the fans across different cities.
Moreover, the last season had witnessed three lakh cricket followers followed the cricket action on giant screens at Fan Parks.
The reports suggested the first leg of the Fan Park will be held in cities like Mysore, Aurangabad, Mathura and Guwahati on April 5 as the inaugural match will be held between hosts Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
It has been stated, the upcoming edition will witness massive turnout of the cricket fanatics at the Fan Parks. For the grand finale, the Fan Parks will available on 21st May in the cities like Patna, Varanasi, Nashik and Nagercoil in Tamil Nadu according to the IPL release.
