Misbah ul Haq:

Former Pakistan cricketer Misbah-ul-Haq was the late bloomer who played till the age of 42. Cricketers usually first announce the Test retirement and shift their focus to white-ball cricket. However, this was not the case for Misbah who was a passionate scorer for his country.
After announcing his retirement from limited-overs cricket in 2015, he continued to play Test cricket till 2017. He was the mainstay for the team across all the format, playing 75 Tests, 162 ODIs and 39 T20Is for Pakistan. He amassed over 11,000 international runs in his career which spanned for over 17 years.
