Rahul Dravid
Considered as the “Great Wall” during his playing days, Rahul Dravid was one of the greatest batsmen, especially in Tests.
He was a rock a No 3 in the batting line-up for India during his heydays and boasts of a sensational record. Right from his playing days, Rahul doesn’t like to hog the limelight. Dravid was one of the prolific run-scorers for India, especially outside the subcontinent.
Double centuries in England and Australia will stand as some of the greatest knocks by Dravid.
He is currently the coach of the India U-19 and India A team. He has worked tirelessly for the younger bunch, and several youngsters have gone from strength to strength under his guidance. He also led the Indian Junior team to World Cup title early in the year.
