Five Famous Cricketers Who are Yet to Join Twitter 1
Ricky Ponting is the Head Coach of Delhi Daredevils.

Regarded as one of the greatest batsmen of his generation, the former World Cup-winning Australian skipper is yet to join Twitter.

He is only the 2nd captain in history after Clive Llyod to lead his team to two consecutive World Cup titles. During his peak, Ponting was always a treat to the eyes of the oppositions and treated the crowd to some scintillating strokeplay.

His match-winning knock of 140 runs against India in the 2003 World Cup final will remain one of the highlights of his career.

Ponting’s name was taken almost in the same breath with a Tendulkar or a Lara. As years progressed, he established himself as one of the greatest ever modern day batsmen. He was quite a character in the field too. “Punter”, as they call him was involved in several controversies and altercations during his career.

However, as a batsman, he was a pure delight for the eyes.
