St. Georges Park, Port Elizabeth:
Port Elizabeth’s St. Georges Park hosted the first Test match outside England and Australia in 1888-89, and host the final Test before South Africa’s 21 years isolation in 1969-70.
In 1896, it witnessed one of Test cricket’s most remarkable games. England’s George Lohmann took seven for 38 in South Africa’s first innings and then eight for 7 in their second, as they were bowled out for 30. India has only played two matches at this stadium and has a 50-50 draw-loss percentage. The men in blues will like to improve their records when they play a Test on this ground again.
