Wayne Parnell is arguably South Africa’s top seam bowling all-rounder. With a consistent pace of around 140s and good hitting skills, Parnell has been his national team’s best option as far as the all-rounder’s spot is concerned. If qualities are concerned (apart from the left-handedness), Parnell seems the apt name in the list of unsold players. The South African export, who was in the Delhi Daredevils camp, has a decent IPL record and will be eager to make an impact.
