Harbhajan Singh – The second biggest name who missed out is Harbhajan Singh. The Indian off-spinner has been bowling quite well in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and he is the best bowler in the league, talking about economy rate. He is giving runs at a rate of 5.82 which is best in the league (minimum five overs).
His experience could have come handy in favour of the Indian team but the presence of Ashwin in the team was enough to keep the spinner on the sideline.
