4. Yuvraj Singh

The experienced customer was omitted from the squad after failing to make use of his opportunities in the Champions Trophy and the limited overs series in West Indies which followed. Many critics and pundits have questioned his inclusion but Prasad clarified that Yuvraj wasn’t dropped and was rested for this particular series.
After making his comeback against England earlier in the year, Yuvraj looked in complete command and smashed his highest ODI score in the 2nd ODI and stitched together a brilliant partnership with MS Dhoni. He also played a whirlwind knock against Pakistan in the opening game of the Champions but has failed to impress since then.
