He is the coolest fast bowler ever. Brett Lee’s searing pace with seam and perfect line and length made him famous in the world. He was a very consistent bowler. In his Test debut against India, he shivered the spine of Indians. But his gestures on the field and off the field made him famous.
Also, Lee is very famous in India even after he wrecked havoc on Indian batting line up on many occasions. Indian cricket fans loved him because of his bond with Indian fans. Brett Lee did not shy away to reveal that India is his second home.
He played a lead role in a movie called “Un-Indian”. A Brett Lee like bowler is hardly visible in the world cricket now. Bowling with searing pace till retirement needs discipline in personal life, Brett had that. His time international cricket is now over and people still love him for his skill to sing song and acting. The only thing is missing in international cricket is another Brett Lee.
