3. Ambati Rayudu:

Rayudu was seen as the next big thing in Indian cricket when he slammed an unbeaten 177 while opening the batting to help India Under-19s complete a clean sweep of a one-day series in England in 2002. An exceptional Ranji Trophy in the following year only elevated the hopes.
The right-handed batsman further enhanced his reputation by leading India Under-19s to the semi-final of the World Cup in Bangladesh in 2004. However, three years later his career took a bizarre form when he chose to play in the rebel Indian Cricket League. But his career was revived two years later after he accepted the BCCI’s amnesty offer and soon made a huge mark in the IPL. He went on to represent India later and is currently one of the biggest names in the Indian cricketing circles.
